A man in his 40s was recently fined for watching pornography. He did not distribute the videos, he didn't sell them and make profits out of it. He simply downloaded and watched them. All in the privacy of his four walls. And for this he has been fined 3000RNB (SGD600). The authorities claim this is one of their ways in trying to minimize the spread of pornography in the city. I say, use the freaking firewall man! You have it there! You used it to ban social networking sites. You used it to ban Youtube. Ban Pornography sites as well! well I suppose that could be done. Such sites should be banned if it is an issue in certain societies.
