Faith and Determination

Just returned from a 3 day retreat at Aloha Changi.

The theme of the retreat was on FAITH N DETERMINATION!! How many of us have full faith in the actions we perform? Maybe some of us do but not many...

I learnt that the strong faith to succeed will give you the required determination to perform every task with ease and joy. Great company during the 3 days with some new and old souls and not FORGETTING GREAT FOOD!!!!

There were games and dances between the classes by Bro. Jay..it was exhilarating to see even the older mothers were dancing and participating in captain's ball and wad not....superb enthusiasm....
meditation was also very refreshing...gave the usually busy people to spend some time on their self progress...everyone present were so cooperative and willing to lend a helping hand both with the setting up of the place and cooking...

An enriching 3 days....
